A credit card is required to reserve any appointments. We do not charge the card at time of booking. Credit cards will only be charged if a guest cancels after the 24-hour window or if a guest “no shows” an appointment.
Strand and shade hair studio is a private and locally owned studio last minute cancellations/no shows greatly affect us. We request at least a 24-hour cancellation notice when cancelling or rescheduling. A reservation cancelled less than 24 hours will be charged a fee of 50% of the total service bill.
Late Appointments may result in having your appointment rescheduled, may have to alter your original appointment and a fee may be charged. We understand
things happen, if you are going to be more than 5 minutes late, please call or text to let us know. After 15 minutes your appointment may have to be rescheduled.
Our Automated booking system sends out confirmation texts and emails 24 hours before your scheduled appointment please confirm your appointment before your scheduled appointment day, you may also cancel or reschedule through our system, or you may call or text 803.402.6080
All new guests must fill out our digital pre consultation form. This allows me to get to know you and your hair history better prior to your appointment so I may provide you with the best service possible. The link to our pre consultation form will be emailed to you after you schedule your appointment.
Strand and shade hair studio does not issue refunds only re do’s. We are very open and laid back, If you happen to be unhappy with your hair please reach out and we will be more than happy to make it right at no extra cost to you. *Complimentary re do’s will only be done at maximum 7 days after your original service*
