We've niched down the three services to specialize in to eliminate the issues that women face with their hair, that is: Thinning/hair loss/unable to grow, High maintenance colors, unnatural looking color and unhealthy hair and wanted to provide the best solution for the problem. I started my career in New Jersey and am now proudly serving the Columbia area! When I created Strand + Shade hair studio I wanted to create an environment where women felt heard, relaxed, confident and beautiful on the inside and out.
With over 15 years' experience I’ve gone through extensive training to truly master my craft I believe that hair is an art form, and I strive to bring out the best version of you in each of my clients. I approach every appointment with the same level of enthusiasm and dedication as well as create long lasting relationships with my guests!
Some Fun Facts about me:
I was born in Toronto Canada and lived there until I was 7.
I am married with 2 children and have three dogs ( 2 Siberian huskies and a Chihuahua.
My Dad was a famous hairstylist and has been my mentor throughout my career.
I opened up my first salon in New Jersey when I was 22.
My favorite hobbies are cooking for my family and friends, and decorating my house.
My favorite color is olive green.
My favorite T.v. Show of all time is The Vampire diaries.
